1.5 oz. light rum 1/2 oz. lime juice mint leaves 1/4 oz. simple syrup 3.5 oz. Risata Prosecco |

| Instructions | Add mint leaves to glass, along with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Top with Risata Prosecco and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel. |
